I'm gonna show you, how to fix the "Skype can't connect problem in Windows XP".
Just follow the following steps:
1. If you have windows XP service pack 2 installed in your PC/Laptop change it to Service pack 3.
2. If you don't have Windows XP Service Pack 3, just download the simple "Service Pack 3", (Click Here to download) and install it.
3. Once you installed Service 3 window or just Service pack 3, download the latest version of Skype and install it..
